Hawaiian Fusion Eatery
With a distinct menu offering, Chef Rich emulates the local street food of Hawaii by blending the cuisine of the many Asian cultures that live there with American and European flavors. Many of the dishes start with Asian inspired staples like noodles and fried rice.
Add in popular Colorado flare, like street tacos, and fantastic Hispanic flavor, and you get the best of several cultural cuisines in a delicious medley of flavor. Using only the highest quality ingredients, Ohana Grille is spreading the warm Aloha spirit, one bite at a time.
About Ohana Grille
Nestled just west of Sloan Lake in Edgewater, Ohana Grille offers a vibrant space, warm hospitality, and incredible cuisine. Guests will enjoy the magical views of Sloan Lake and downtown Denver on the large open air patio. The authentic surfboards from Hawaii that line the walls along with the original photography of favorite Hawaiian spots taken by the chef’s brother, all play to the genuine and welcoming Aloha spirit of the space.
On the lunch menu, Ohana Grille serves up many of the same quick favorites from the Ohana Grille food truck, formerly known as Denver 808 Fusion Grindz. The full service dinner menu combines Pacific Rim inspired fare with locally sourced meats and produce, and specialty items flown in from Hawaii. The full bar features a mix of local beers, thoughtful wines, and creative Hawaiian cocktails. Whether to enjoy a meal in the comfortable dining room, or to take in the views on the patio, Ohana Grille is a place where people come together.

In 2015 he joined the food truck craze and offering traditional local Hawaiian street food with a Colorado fusion flare, the truck became a quick favorite amongst local foodies. His newest venture and life-long dream is the opening of Ohana Grille.
